In this super-simple tutorial, we show you how to use those little scraps of paper left over from your crafts.
Whenever we hold our Scrap courses, we always end up with scraps in lots of different colors and patterns, so we decided to buy a picture frame and do something with them. Using the paper that's normally inside the frame, we'll make the base, and with the help of double-sided tape we'll stick the paper scraps side by side—and that's it! We'll put it back in the frame, and the result is a frame that has a big heart in cheerful colors instead of photos.
