You can also make a backpack like this yourself from scratch, but with a much simpler design. In other words, one of those fabric backpacks that are so popular now: just a little drawstring bag with straps for hanging, nothing more.
For this, you can use our YouTube tutorial, where we show you how to make a multipurpose bag and add a pair of straps, whether using cord, bias tape, herringbone tape, fabric, or whatever you feel like.
This tutorial is also incredibly easy and, although you have to cut the fabric yourself, there's much less sewing (naturally, because it also has fewer details). In this model, the fabric is the star, so choose a really beautiful one so it can shine.
