Everyone should be able to learn how to do what they love. But when resources are limited—whether it’s time or money to invest in training—many people resign themselves to going without. There’s no need to. That’s how Lulú Ferris was born: looking for a way to make what Laura couldn’t find any other way (cool clothes for her little ones). Since then, our mission has been to find ways to make sewing easy and accessible for everyone.
We’re constantly coming up with ideas, thinking about and testing ways for more and more people to learn to sew with us and turn this purpose into our way of life. Today we’re summarizing all the ways we’ve come up with to bring easy sewing to more and more people…

1. The Lulu Ferris membership’s weekly video tutorials

2. Sewing kits
Especially designed for people who know how to use a sewing machine but want to save time and hassle when making specific projects. With our sewing kits, we send you the fabrics already cut and all the necessary materials, along with the patterns and step-by-step instructions with photos. 3. YouTube videos
More than 18,000 subscribers on our channel, 54 sewing tutorials, and more than 60 videos. From day one, we’ve offered free content to everyone who follows us, both through the blog and YouTube. In reality, the people who attend our courses, join the membership, or buy materials from our store are patrons who allow us to maintain our small business while continuing to offer this free content. Thank you all for making it possible for people with fewer resources to have access to easy sewing too.

4. The blog
Almost 600 posts published on all kinds of topics related to easy sewing: materials, techniques, trends, tutorials, news, resources… Every Monday and Wednesday is a new-post day at Lulú Ferris, as we always try to offer you free content that interests you or provides some new value or information.
