In the earliest-starting regions, the kids have already gone back to class today, but in the later-starting ones they won’t go back for another week. So with this special back-to-school fabrics post, we’re finally wrapping up this exhausting marathon to get everything ready. Materials, tutorials, custom orders and, of course, fabulous fabrics!
We turned the store upside down to choose the coolest fabrics—the kind they’ll love just as much as you do. Many of the ones we had in stock have already sold out, so we’ll be bringing in more soon. But for now, if you still have something left to make or want us to make it for you, keep these in mind.

Colorful stars, ready to fly away
Whether it’s for the kids going back to school or for those a little older going back to college, these fabrics are beautiful for all ages and grades, from preschool all the way through graduate school. That’s why they’ve almost flown away.
We only have two pieces left of both the gray stars and the pink stars. Remember that when we talk about pieces, we mean measurements of 55×50 cms. A few more of the blue stars have survived; we still have eight of those.
And the ones we still have a good supply of are the mint stars because, since we know you love them (just like we do), we always bring in more. In this case, the fabric width is different, and so is the measurement of each piece: 25×145 cm. On the product page you’ll find the measurements already calculated for different quantities of pieces.
Cheerful mornings: Mexican Dress Morning
We love this fabric’s light, childlike feel, thanks to its colors and the simplicity of its shapes. It’s like carrying little pieces of spring everywhere. It’s beautiful for making school supplies, but also dresses like this one.
Although the “normal” thing when you see this type of fabric is to imagine it as girls’ clothing, we can guarantee that boys love bright colors and flowers, too. Luckily!
Castles in the air for dreaming
As if drawn by the hands of little architects, Castle Plans is a delight to use as it is or even to color. Interactive materials and garments that your little one can bring to life with fabric markers or even some washable paint, coloring them again and again.
Don’t forget to encourage and foster your little one’s creativity to bring out the artist inside.
