One of our latest creations: it’s so easy to make that you can create several versions in different fabrics to mix and match with very little time, money, or effort. The vest is one of the basics of boho-chic style and is perfect for summer. You can completely change the look of an ordinary outfit, such as shorts and a T-shirt, simply by putting a vest like this one over it.
The fringe and braided cord are small details that matter a lot: you could leave them out, but the look would lose strength and impact. Besides, they’re fashionable!

Boho-chic style goes perfectly with loose, breezy dresses, long or short and full-skirted, and especially with shorts. 4. Turban-style headband / flower crown
And continuing with the importance of small details, something as simple as a turban-style headband worn with your hair down will make the boho-chic style stand out even more, since it’s one of the most iconic and recognizable elements of this look.
You only have to place it as shown in the photograph: it’s not so much about keeping your hair away from your face, which is the purpose of a headband in its usual position, as it is about creating an effect. But it doesn’t necessarily have to be a thick fabric headband; it can also be a thin Kraft-Tex band, braided cord, a small piece of T-shirt yarn, or, if you really want to fully commit to boho chic, a flower crown.
