1. What is Lulu Ferris membership?
Lulu Ferris membership is a private community within the Lulú Ferris website with more than one hundred sewing tutorials and counting. With these video tutorials, you can learn in a fun and simple way to make all kinds of garments, clothing additions, and accessories with your sewing machine. You will also enjoy a 5% discount on all your purchases on the website.

2. How does the membership work, and how much does it cost?
Lulu Ferris membership works through a monthly subscription: for a flat rate of $10 USD per month, you’ll have access to all the tutorials, patterns, and discounts.
3. Is there a long-term commitment?
There is NO long-term commitment. With Lulu Ferris membership, you can leave whenever you want with zero hassle. You don’t have to talk to anyone, deal with complications, or overcome obstacles: one click and you won’t be charged another cent.
4. Do I have to pay anything to join or cancel?
Of course NOT! There is no joining fee, and canceling is free too. The only charge is the monthly fee of $10 USD. You will never be charged anything else.
5. How do I pay?
Payment is made by credit card. Payment is 100% secure, and we guarantee that your information is fully protected. Once you join, you will be charged on the same day of each month.
For example: if you join on the 5th, payment will be made automatically on the 5th of each month unless you cancel or your credit card expires. If you join on the 10th, it will be on the 10th of each month, and so on.
6. What if I only want to sign up for one month to try it?
Once you join, we will provide you with a username and password. With that username and password, you can access all the tutorials that have already been uploaded and all those uploaded during that month, even if you cancel the next day.
7. How do I join?
Very easy! To join, just click this link and follow the step-by-step instructions. It’s quick and very easy, with no mess and no mile-long forms.
8. How do I cancel?
Just as easy as joining! Go to the Lulu Ferris membership user page and select the “Lulu Ferris membership” tab. From there, you can change your payment card, cancel, or renew your subscription.
9. I forgot my password. What should I do?

10. Can I join Lulu Ferris membership if I live outside Spain?
Of course YES! You can join Lulu Ferris membership from anywhere in the world :)
11. Can I buy individual tutorials?
We do NOT currently offer that option. But considering that a one-month subscription costs $10 USD and that for that amount you can access ALL the tutorials, it is highly likely that joining will be worthwhile even if you cancel immediately.
12. Are the patterns for the tutorials included, or are they purchased separately?
Most of the patterns are ours, and you can download them free with each tutorial.
There are a few older tutorials whose patterns were not ours and had to be purchased, but even in those cases we are creating new versions of the designs that include our own patterns so you won’t have to pay anything extra.
13. Why join if “everything is free” on the internet?
How much are your time and effort worth? That is the real question behind this one. Searching the internet jungle for the tutorial we want makes us lose too much time: finding one that is decent, in the size you need, in a language you understand (sometimes they are only in English), well explained, with the pattern included…
