Club Lulú is a private community on the Lulú Ferris website featuring more than 500 sewing tutorials—and counting. These video tutorials offer a fun, straightforward way to learn how to make all kinds of garments, complementary pieces and accessories with your sewing machine. You will also enjoy exclusive discounts at other stores.
2. How does the Club work, and how much does it cost?
Club Lulú operates through a monthly subscription: for a flat fee of €10 per month, you will have access to all tutorials, patterns and discounts.
3. Is there a minimum commitment?
There is NO minimum commitment. You can leave Club Lulú whenever you wish, completely hassle-free. There is no need to speak to anyone, and there are no complications or obstacles: simply click once, and you will not be charged another cent.
4. Do I have to pay anything to join or cancel?
Of course NOT! Joining is completely free, and so is cancelling. The only charge you will receive is the monthly fee of €10. You will never be charged anything else.
5. How can I pay?
Payment is made by card (debit, credit, prepaid, etc.). Payment is 100% secure, and we guarantee that your details are fully protected. Once you join, you will be charged on the same date each month.
For example, if you join on the 5th, payment will be taken automatically on the 5th of each month unless you cancel or your credit card expires. If you join on the 10th, payment will be taken on the 10th of each month, and so on.
6. What if I only want to join for one month to try it?
Once you join, we will provide you with a username and password. You can use them to access all tutorials already available, as well as every tutorial added during that month, even if you cancel the following day.
7. If I have never sewn before or have very little experience, will I be able to make the projects?
Of course! The Club includes a three-part introduction to using a sewing machine. From there, you will be able to make many of the projects in our tutorials. You can also filter your search by difficulty.

8. How do I join?
It is very easy! To join the Club, simply click this link and follow the step-by-step instructions. It is quick and easy, with no complications or endless forms.
9. How do I cancel?
It is just as easy as joining! Go to the Club Lulú user page under “Account.” From there, you can cancel in two clicks, renew your subscription or make changes to it.
10. If I do not pay the renewal fee, is my subscription cancelled automatically?
No. A failed renewal payment does not mean that the subscription is cancelled automatically. You must request cancellation to end your subscription. If you do not, the system will continue trying to process the renewal. You can easily cancel through the user area of the website or by contacting us by email.
11. If I cancel and later want to subscribe again, what should I do?
If you cancel and later want to subscribe again, you must log in with your existing username and, once logged in, sign up again. If you try to create a new user account, the system will not allow it because the existing account would be duplicated.
12. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

13. Can I join Club Lulú if I live outside Spain?
Of course! You can become a Club Lulú member from anywhere in the world :)
14. Can I purchase individual tutorials?
We do NOT currently offer that option. However, given that a one-month subscription costs €10 and gives you access to ALL the tutorials, joining the Club will most likely be worthwhile.
15. Can I sell products made using the Club’s patterns and tutorials?
Of course! The Club is intended not only for hobbyists but also for entrepreneurial sewists.
We ask just one thing: if anyone asks you about the patterns, please tell them they are ours.
16. I teach in-person sewing classes. Can I use your patterns?
Email me at info@luluferris.com and we can discuss it.
17. Can Club Lulú patterns be shared?
No. Sharing them is strictly prohibited.
18. I would like to give someone a Club subscription as a gift. How can I do that?
The easiest way is to subscribe and then share the username and password with the lucky recipient. You can set a reminder to cancel in the month when you want the subscription to end. Do not worry: the person receiving the subscription will not be able to access your payment card details. If you have any questions, write to us. Another option is to contact us at info@luluferris.com.
We have also prepared some gift cards so that you can give them something special. Simply print the card at your preferred size, fill in the fields, cut it out, glue it and place it in a lovely envelope.
